This High Victorian style home is historically plaqued and updated to include the luxuries of a modern home while preserving the home’s character. The Lark & Loon’s spectacular ambiance is highlighted with environmentally friendly and efficient propane fireplaces in all common rooms and heat pumps for air conditioning throughout.
Your breakfast with locally grown produce will be prepared in a bright chef’s kitchen and served in Large formal dining, double parlors and massive entry complete the downstairs. In addition to all the second level guest space there is a “minstrels gallery” at the top of the ornate main staircase. For fair weather enjoyment there is a screened in porch and a fenced yard. Walk or cycle to every imaginable town amenity or while away the afternoon in the light and airy, warm and welcoming Lark & Loon in historic Annapolis Royal.
As you stroll through the wonderful Botanical Gardens and along the dikes you may even witness the grace of waltzing Loons on the water and the flutter of a Lark.
